Oświadczenie o wieku i uprawnieniu do korzystania z NutraChad
Wersja 1.0. NutraChad jest dostępny w Polsce dla osób pełnoletnich, które ukończyły 18 lat.
Potwierdzając oświadczenie „Mam co najmniej 18 lat”, oświadczasz, że jesteś osobą pełnoletnią i możesz zawrzeć umowę opisaną w Regulaminie. NutraChad nie weryfikuje wieku w inny sposób i nie przetwarza świadomie danych osób poniżej 18 lat.
Jeśli nie masz 18 lat, nie twórz profilu gościa ani konta. Jeżeli profil został utworzony dla osoby poniżej 18 lat, skontaktuj się z usługodawcą pod adresem podanym w Ustawienia › Prawo i prywatność, a profil zostanie usunięty.

NutraChad age and eligibility statement
Version 1.0. NutraChad is available in Poland to adults aged 18 or older.
By confirming the statement "I am 18 or older" you declare that you are an adult and that you may enter into the contract described in the Terms of Service. NutraChad does not verify your age otherwise, and does not knowingly process the data of anyone under 18.
If you are under 18, do not create a guest profile or an account. If a profile was created for a person under 18, contact the provider at the address shown under Settings › Legal & Privacy and the profile will be deleted.
